Following his strike for Aston Villa in their 2-2 draw with QPR on Wednesday, Darren Bent successfully notched his 100th Premier League goal - and in relatively rapid time, too.
The former Sunderland striker became the ninth quickest player amongst the elite list of 21 to have reached a century in England's top flight, with it taking the 27-year-old just 226 games to reach the milestone during spells at the likes of Ipswich Town, Charlton and Tottenham.
And the ton came up in typically predatory fashion as the England international darted out and then back in to lose his marker before sliding Alan Hutton's low cross into the net past Paddy Kenny.
