Rooney-CASH COW-Shrek-lookalike

Come summer, Rooney will do a Ronaldo!

This club, love by all and sundry, bonds.. debts and all

What Rooney signing a new contract has ensured for United is that his transfer value has rocketed again. Like Ronaldo's case.

Now, with a new five-year deal, Man Utd can double any prospective transfer fee.

Rooney could well be coming back in eight months, just as Ronaldo did.

Remember, this is Man Utd, bonds, debts and all, Rooney just a cash cow.

ALEX FERGUSON could not hide his delight at the superstar signing a new deal to commit himself to the club for another five years.

Fergie said: "It's fantastic news. He has a great relationship with the team, staff and fans and will be one of Manchester United's great players."

And the player added: "I am delighted. I spoke with Sir Alex and David Gill about my future and everyone knew that I wanted to stay. I am very happy at the club. I want to win trophies and, hopefully, we'll do that this season."

Manchester United’s owners promised Wayne Rooney an entire new team - which could include Franck Ribery and Gareth Bale - to persuade him to stay at the club, according to the newspapers.

First they conned the bank, coz they couldnt afford Man United. As a result, for years whatever profit Man United acquires go into servicing the debt Man Utd doesnt need. Yes, servicing. Paying interest.

Now the Glazers are going to spend some cool hundred million pound on new signings.

11 new signings. Yes. Eleven.

Sjneider and what not will come in droves to OT.

Cool Glazers.

Real Yahudi.

The People make the bold claim that 11 signings have been promised in the next year while citing Wesley Sneijder as Alex Ferguson's number one target. The Mail on Sunday also report that the Dutch star could be on his way to Old Trafford after contract talks with Internazionale again broke down.

United apparently launched a £50 million-plus bid in the summer to sign wingers Bale and Ribery. Bayern Munich turned down £30m for the Frenchman while Spurs did not want to know despite £22m being on the table for Wales’ Bale. (Sunday Mirror) This is why Ferguson was bemused by accusations of a lack of ambition, and will again make a move for the duo in January.

The Sunday Express reckon he will splash £100m on players in the next 12 months, with a world-class goalkeeper, driving midfielder, winger and striker topping the list.
